Presented by The Milk Bank

We’ve got the perfect, private place for you to pump. Cozy up in one of our comfortable chairs and get to it (there’s even room for a friend). The room includes a mini-fridge for milk storage and complimentary pumping supplies provided by The Milk Bank.

Private + Community Spaces

Maven Space was designed with community in mind but we understand the need for privacy, too. Our open floor plan provides plenty of cozy corners, plentiful café seating, as well as larger tables for collaboration. Several semi-private rooms are available for reservation and a sound-proof phone booth is on-site for those highly-sensitive conversations.

In-House Fitness Center

Go ahead and cancel that gym membership. As part of the Maven Moves membership, you’ll have access to a full gym, group fitness classes — think barre classes, sound baths, and yoga — along with plenty of private areas to get ready or wind down. Our fitness studio includes private lockers, showers, changing rooms, and all the basics you need to freshen up for whatever comes next.

Kitchenette + Lending Library

Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and sparkling water in our fully-equipped kitchenette. Bring your own lunch or order-in before joining a friend at the community table, or borrowing a book from the lending library. Additional beverages and light bites made by local vendors are available for purchase in the café. Beer + wine are available during events and scheduled social gatherings.

Do you start your day with a fresh juice, espresso drink, or both? Our café has a curated selection from local vendors available for purchase. Invite a guest for coffee, fuel up post-workout,  or treat yourself to a mid-afternoon break.

Our fully equipped podcast studio is also a great space to film videos and get your creative juices flowing. Add-on services such as podcast strategy, production, and promotion are available for an additional fee.

Meeting + Event Space

Looking for a space to host a meeting, small conference, or special occasion? Thanks to the beautiful natural light and a flexible layout. Our 5,957 square foot event space is the perfect location. The space also offers three large-screen projectors, video recording, live-steaming capabilities (additional fees apply), and more state-of-the-art AV technology. Catering available.

Dual Monitor Hot Desk Bar

We get it — sometimes you just need two monitors. Reserve a hot desk at our 4-seat dual monitor bar for the screen space you need to crush that to-do list or project.

Parking / Bus Transportation

Monthly permits for premiere downtown parking are available to members for $85/month. Members, please review your member packet or see the community manager to arrange.

An hourly paid lot is also available. The Gibson Building public parking rates (credit card only).

Working Hour Rates

Monday through Friday, 5 am – 5 pm:

  • 1 hour  |  $4
  • Up to 2 hours  |  $6
  • Up to 3 hours  |  $8
  • 3-24 hours  |  $11

Off-Hour Rates

  • Monday – Sunday, 5 pm – 5 am $3 flat rate
  • Saturday – Sunday, 5 am to 5 pm  |   $5 flat rate

After midnight the new daily rate begins

Metered street parking is generally plentiful.
