ABOUT THE NEW LOCATION
Where is the new location?
Our new location will be at 921 E. 86th Street, in Nora, on the Northside of Indianapolis.
When is the move?
An exact move-in date has yet to be set, but we are planning to move into the new location in Q1 of 2025.
Will there be downtime between locations?
We currently do not anticipate downtime between locations.
What is the parking situation at the new location?
The new location in Nora has a dedicated parking lot with free parking.
Will the amenities and services change at the new location?
The new location will have a cafe, fitness studio, content studio, wellness spaces, private offices, phone booths, conference rooms, and meeting space. More amenity announcements to come!
Will we be sharing the building with other businesses?
Maven Space will be the sole occupant of the building.
What should I expect from the community environment in the new space?
Our new space will be more private and intimate with a heavier emphasis on the social club in the shared workspace. However, members looking for more privacy are invited to rent a private office located on the second floor. Office sizes range from approximately 1-4 people. Private office members will have full use of the space and its amenities, including a kitchenette and conference rooms on the second floor.
MEMBERSHIP, DAY PASSES, MAIL, AND PROGRAMMING
Will my annual membership continue?
Your annual membership will be honored until the one-year expiration date. At that point, you may choose to purchase at the new membership rate.
Will my day passes expire?
All day passes will be honored at the new location.
Will the new space offer any new or expanded programs?
The new location will continue hosting regular Indy Maven meetups and programming. Stay tuned for more information on additional offerings.
Will the new location have private offices?
Yes! Sign up to get on the waitlist for more information.
Will the new location have a business mailing address and virtual mail services?
Yes. We will continue to work with iPostal for all mail service needs.
Will my mail and packages still be handled during the move?
If you are an iPostal customer, you will receive email communications regarding next steps for your mail service.
EVENTS
Will the new location be available for event rentals?
Yes, though at a smaller capacity. Get more information here!
How will the move impact my ability to book meeting rooms or event space during the transition?
Events can be booked for and hosted in the existing location until December 31, 2024. We will share more information about 2025 bookings as it becomes available. Have a 2025 event you’d like to discuss sooner? Get more information here.
