As President of Purpose HQ, Natalie oversees the development of a people analytics and AI platform that democratizes personal development and coaching, empowering individuals from all walks of life to unlock their full potential. “By changing the way organizations see their people and the way people see themselves, we can reimagine the workplace and restore its human touch.”
Additionally, she shares her experience as an advisor, strategist, and coach to business and community leaders dedicated to creating workplaces of well-being, where people matter and get the support they need to thrive and flourish.
Natalie’s commitment to fostering positive change extends beyond her professional sphere. A graduate of Indiana University, she champions her favorite causes as a member of the Board of Directors for the Humane Society for Hamilton County, Indy Maven, and The Center for Performing Arts. In her personal life, she resides on the north side of Indy with her three amazing children and beloved golden retriever. When she takes a break from shaping the future of work, you’ll often find Natalie immersing herself in nature along the Monon Trail or managing her daughter’s travel soccer team.
“Through Indy Maven, I found my community – a group of women who share a genuine passion and commitment to uplift and empower others. For years, the newsletter was my personal guide to exploring our city and finding new experiences, but when I finally spent a day working from Maven Space and attended my first meet-up, I found next level connection and belonging. It feels like coming home to a reunion of old friends who unapologetically encourage each other to embrace our true selves, forge our own paths and pursue big bets, especially when if it’s terrifying!”
