Stephanie has spent over 20 years in workforce development serving marginalized communities throughout Indianapolis. Her background includes extensive experience in program management, grant writing and revenue generation, strategic planning and executive leadership.
She holds a graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Master’s in Public Affairs degree from Indiana University. Stephanie has been a Certified Workforce Development Professional through the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) since 2011, and in 2018 she was awarded their H.G. Weisman Award for Leadership. Stephanie Currently serves as the Director of the Central Indiana Women’s Business Center at the Indy Chamber. She remains active throughout the community, volunteering at Dress for Success and Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center.
Stephanie currently lives in Indianapolis, with her puppy Oakley. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and traveling to new places – having visited 28 countries!
