Leila Spann is the Director of Marketing at Qualifi, the leading interview platform for high-volume recruiting. She joined Qualifi as Marketer #1 and has helped build Qualifi’s brand and revenue-generating marketing team. Leila is a native Nuyorican and IU grad who serves on the board of the Christamore House and the Marketing Committee for the Pink Ribbon Connection. Leila is a 2022 IBJ Tech 25 award winner—a recognition given to star performers in the Indianapolis Tech space, committed team players who build others up through mentoring, volunteering, and impacting the broader community.

For the past 4 years, she has been a mentor with the AXIS Latino Leadership Program. She spent her early career at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and Newell Brands, marketing Ball mason jars nationwide. She grew up as a dancer and is passionate about holistic wellness. You might find Leila salsa dancing around town or biking the Monon in her spare time. Leila and her husband reside in Indy with their daughter and two pups.
